Refund policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of many WordsUp LLC products:
  • All sales may be final unless otherwise stated
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for return or exchange
  • Return approvals are granted at our discretion.
