 At WordsUp LLC, we believe words are more than letters on fabric.  They are powerful, personal, and worth wearing.  We create bold acronyms, inspiring slogans, and custom designs that let you express yourself with confidence.  Explore our collections for ready-to-wear favorites, or bring your vision to life with a custom order.  We'll craft it just for you.  Every piece is made with care, delivered on time and designed to uplift your voice and style. 

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed

In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it—even after an order is placed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. WordsUp LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and creative nature of many WordsUp LLC products:

All sales may be final unless otherwise stated

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for review

Return approvals are granted at our discretion.

8. User Submissions & Feedback

If you submit ideas, feedback, testimonials, images, or suggestions, you grant WordsUp LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and marketing purposes.

9. Disclaimers

Our products and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

Content will meet all expectations

Results or outcomes will be guaranteed

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordsUp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
